The parking area offered ample free spaces, convenient. I found the staff to be clean and helpful. The coach house had a lovely characteristic feel, complete with nice outdoor seating. The hotel was beautifully decorated inside.
I noticed that the water pressure in the shower was notably poor. This was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise very nice bathroom. Steep stairs leading up to the rooms might pose a challenge for some guests.

I found the staff cute. Sam's enthusiasm was particularly infectious. the room i stayed in was beautiful, and the bedding was perfectly super clean. i really enjoyed the limited menu options. The steak pie was delicious. the bar featured two hand-pulled craft ales, which i appreciated.
The only minor issue i encountered was the limited choice on the menu. More variety would have been appreciated. while what i had was tasty, having a broader selection could cater to different preferences (maybe some more vegetarian options?).

The room was quite large and very beautiful. i had a great time enjoying the bathtub. It was separate from the shower. the hotel provides coffee and tea in the room. I love that!
The water pressure in the shower wasn't super strong. It was still hot enough, though.

the hotel is near river eden, a good spot for fishing, i must say! the area is very calm, it is perfect if you want to relax. wifi access was ok; i didn't need a very fast connection.
